Most people that know me, can attest that since the birth of my twins 20 yrs ago,  my weight has fluctuated.  No matter how much I  worked out, had plastic surgery,  tried  Jenny Craig, WW, HCG shots or b12 weight loss shots.  I would always gain the weight back.
